put all extracted files (from both ALI213 and 3DM preload torrents) into same directory, then put all files from unlocker folder into same directory too, then run Call.of.Duty.Black.Ops.III.Steam.Preload.Unlocker.exe
Wait until finished, will take about 20-40 minutes and be sure to have 60GB free space on drive.
After extraction finished put all files from folder zone to folder zone in game dir and put localisation text file in main game dir
